Howto: Change logo, Company Name, etc based on Client Group

We have a website business, and a separately named IT Support division. They serve two different, (mostly) non-overlapping categories of clients.

We'd like to change the logo and business name on our emails and invoices, based on which group our clients fall into. We are likely to use the "Client Group" variable plus a sprinkling of "if" statements, but I'm not sure where to do this.

I'd really appreciate any advice as to where I should look to do this customisation. I am not afraid of digging around in a little PHP, but I'm no expert (by any means).

Think this has been asked before and isn't possible in WHMCS yu'd have to have 2 licenses and 2 seperate installs.
