I have a unique situation where I only want a certain support department shown to clients if they have purchased a special package.
In my case, I'm working with a 3rd party to provide hosting for a script they provide. They have a monthly support option for the script which would provide unlimited support for the script.
I set up a special package for the support option as it also includes the hosting and set up a support department for this purpose. However, I may also be providing hosting to those that didn't opt in for the support package.
What I would like to see is a support area that is only available to the clients that have a certain package or service. When you set up a product, for example, you can click on the upgrade tab and highlight the packages that the current package can upgrade to. I'd like to see something similar with support departments.
When you set up a support department, have a list of packages/services you can select that will then make the department available to the clients that have these packages/services.
