emails forwarded to support (how can it be done?)

I thought that i saw this here a while back but can not find the option now.

when someone forwards a email to support and says "comment on this email" or the like, WHMCS currently delets the forwarded part of the email. Is there a patch / hack to allow the email to come in in its entirity?
