We need to be able to easily distinguish between; a domain which wasn't renewed ('cancelled') & a domain that has been 'Transferred Out''.

As mentioned by others, we have clients who call up a year after transferring out & we have to go through notes/check the registry, to verify why the domain was 'cancelled'.
If we had a ''Transferred Out'' status, we'd be able to tell instantly.

The 'Cancelled' status would then signify that the client has contacted us & said they no longer wish to keep/renew the domain.
