I would like to see where after a ticket has been answered like once a month, 3, 6 mo's after a ticket has been answered whmcs automaticly ask for feedback asking how did we do, etc. and have it go somewhere on WHMCs saying which employee did his jobs, etc. like percent of Execellent, Great, Good, Fair, Poor total. Also included in this feedback could they have it where either we can select where or not to have it ask after ticket is answered and/or we can choose send out email after so many days/months.
