Multiple Brands

I'm not sure if anyone else has a need for this but I would like to be able to have one instance of WHMCS that would manage several "virtual companies" or different brands. Basically I would like to host a couple different sites on the same server that would look like different companies but would in fact be the same one under a different brand. All the products, services, etc. would all be identical and shared, the only difference would be the company name, logos, etc.

How difficult would that be to implement?

Exactly... That's why a mod would need to be made to WHMCS itself but I'm not sure how difficult it would be or if there would even be enough interest in it.

Here is ya mod:

You park one domain on the other one.
Then in you configuration.php you set the templates based on the url that they are using.
Then its as simple as that.
The only issue is all your email's will come from the same vendor. Its really impossible.
That said just run 2x whmcs's this is better inho incase you wanna split income/reports/sell the business.

It would be great if something like this was added to WHMCS after they have implemented multi-currency support.

There could be an option to add different brands, where you set the domain name, email from address, email from name, templates, etc. Could then also be an option under products/service to restrict to certain brands.

I'm sure another billing package has multi brand support, though off top of my head not sure which one.

If this is really going to work 'right' you need much more than just templates. The simplest example is merchant accounts. Each of our brands has a different merchant account because we need different wording (to match the brand) on the credit card statement. If WHMCS was going to allow multi-brand you'd have to be able to use the same gateway more than once with different log ins.
