    Default WYSIWYG For Support Tickets

It would be very helpful if the formatting toolbar were available for support tickets.

Why? I see it to be absurd to even be sending support emails in anything but plain text

I believe that "absurd" is a bit strong. Maybe you might not have a need or find it unnecessary. But c'mon now... absurd? really?

That's your preference. We have ours.
Like all the times a client rarely reads anything important unless we highlight in bold text ... as an example. Happens all the time. Maybe plain text works for you ... but we've had better luck with formatted emails and correspondence.

Really bad idea - never seen formatting on a support ticket in my life...

Good idea, for those of us who use the ticketing system for more than just web hosting support. I use it for interfacing with design/development clients, and plain text just does not cut it.

Yeah ... We do the same. It's just so much easier to have everything in one place and the clients love that they can still click on "Reply" to a ticket email without having to login each time.

Got my vote. I have a mix of design, hosting, and CMS customers that I often need to send formatted support replies to and I end up sending them email directly because WHMCS doesn't support it.

I disagree. Would make page loading times drastically higher. If made an official feature, would need to have an option to disable it.

Now I want it too. BOLD is good
