Eamil Users on plan/package

Hey!

I think this will be a prety cool idea.

Have it so some one can email the clients of the shared hosting package. but only email the ones with plan A under the shared hosting package. Or have it email all the clients under the shared hosting packages. Same with reseller send emails for different plans, A, B, C, D ... for the reseller package.
