I know USAEPay supports it as well, though I am still setting up my business so I have no practical experience to share... yet

You could create your own module, just get in touch with support for the API. Heck they might even give you the unencoded 2co module if you're gonna add functionality to it

You're much better off using PayPal for subscription (recurring) billing. You'll find that around 99% of all your clients will be wanting to pay this way, unlike through Worldpay.

While WHMCS doesn't produce any statistics for this I can assure you that the number of our customers who choose WorldPay over PayPal is far greater than 1%.

PayPal Subscriptions are completely inflexible, pretty inconvenient and getting support is like talking to a machine. WorldPay is the complete opposite and the only reason we continue to offer PayPal is because it's a recognised brand.
