    Default About mods

    Mods here http://www.whmcs.com/modules.php are included by default? or requires extra charge to built-in them in whmcs?

    Those are all included standard in WHMCS, no need to pay extra for those

    there is one point for WHMCS, as AWBS requires fee for MaxMind Fraud Protection mod and in whmcs it is already built-in!

    Again - a chart will be useful.

    Well, there is a basic version of MaxMind's Fraud Protection built standard into WHMCS.
    However, there is also an add-on MOD which requires an extra fee and which will give you plenty more options and features for this fraud protection module.
