Default Ability to edit admin side support tickets

First thanks for this great product am really enjoying it and I see this will improve it

I would like to be able to do the following :

1- ability to edit the mail sent to the admin content or at least include the support ticket subject line instead of just "new support ticket opened"

2- the ability to get emails sent including other staff members replies to the tickets and not only emails including customer replies in order to be able to track staff performance on the fly from my PDA for instance

Once again thanks for the wonderful product and happy xmas all .

    2. You can already do this. Head over to the administrators section as you will be able to give a particular admin the ability to receive emails (support tickets).

Yes am aware of this but it only sends the clients replies not other staff members replies, it would be nice to have an e-mail about what other admins said.

Did this ever get built in, solved etc?

I am also wanting to be able to have replies by admins to the tickets, sent to the other admins.

I have hunted high and low for how to set it, and no doubt it will be there somwhere, it usually is

    Cheers in advance

    Hi Chris,
    Yes admins can edit replies.

If you want replies forwarded to other admins, I'd recommend setting up BCC.

I've seen the section in general settings > Mail for BCC, but I don't want all emails sent to all admins, only the replies to support tickets, and if possible, only to admins with support privileges.

    Is that possible?

And if so where is it setup?

    thanks

Any ideas on the last question, as I have now experimented with a number of ways but none do what I think is needed.

i.e We used Kayako until recently, and if a colleague replied to a ticket, what he (the admin) replied was sent to all the admins with support privelidges, in the same manor that a customer reply was sent to all admins.

I simply have not found a way to mimic this with the whmcs support system.
