    Default 2CO transaction ID

    Hey there,
I noticed that the transaction ID for 2CO is returned in the gateway logs, but WHMCS doesn't include it in the transaction details-- like PayPal.

    Can we get this?

    Thanks,
    Kyle

What does the transaction ID show as in the gateway logs? WHMCS is set to record the value for "transaction_id". Is that not correct?

Also, now when paying with 2CO, none of the customer fields are automatically filled in like they used to be. Name, Address, Phone, etc.

    Hi,

I've just checked on these issues. I have changed the transaction id to be logged but the users details are being filled in just fine.

    Regards,

    Matt,

I just noticed on my "Pay Now" button on a 2CO transaction that the user details aren't being passed to 2CO. Maybe that's why Kyle has one where the user details didn't get passed, they used the Pay Now button?

Yes, this was what I was experiencing. Matt said that he can't pass in the Customer Details from the Pay Now button (in email) because the security issues of sending the client's full name, address, etc, in the html source code of the email.

I'd really like to find a solution that would still allow the email Pay Now buttons to pass this information. Maybe have the Pay Now button go to a quick page on our servers which just redirects automatically to the 2CO payment page, which in turn will pass the customers info?

Just a quick thought on a possible solution to that.
