Support Ticket Status Examples - What Are Yours?

Hello,

We are wanting to setup different ticket status examples and need some ideas of what to add and what other people are using.

Please provide a list of the ticket status (besides the default / standard) that you are using for your WHMCS Tickets.

Perhaps a bit boring but I don't use any custom ticket statuses and never have. I do wonder whether or not customers pay much attention to the status of the ticket.
