twhiting9275 Posted July 25, 2016 Share Posted July 25, 2016 Is this just one customer, or all of yours? Have you recently moved servers, or made any changes to your specific server? Is MySQL strict mode enabled? If you can add a customer, then the answer to that is probably no. If you turn on error display and sql error logging (both in admin -> setup -> other) temporarily, what does this say? For the first, it should show the error on the page.
