Why WHMCS cron.php and systemactivitylog.php get server error 500?

 

Got error log is:

 

2016/03/05 07:02:11 [error] 18225#0: *8241 upstream timed out (110: Connection timed out) while reading response header from upstream, client: MY IP, server: mydomain.com, request: "GET /billing/admin/systemactivitylog.php HTTP/1.1", upstream: "https://SERVER-IP:8443/billing/admin/systemactivitylog.php", host: "www.mydomain.com", referrer: "https://www.mydomain.com/billing/admin/index.php"

 

anyone can help me!

Hello,

 

I've seen this issue more and more. It also seems to run some times and other times it shows the 500 error.

 

I think this is down to limits on the hosting being used such as processing limits (most common with shared hosting).

 

Either way the error is server related so you'd need to contact your hosting provider, they should be able to check the server logs.
