Issues with Adding TLD Can not Add new TLD's to Domain Price List

I have seen this issue around when I do a google search but have yet to really find a solution for this problem

I am running WHCMS 6.1.1 with full SSL Enabled on the site.

When I go to Setup -> Products and Services -> Domain Pricing

When I enter the new TLD ex: .game and check the boxes and select the register to auto register with and click the save button that page reloads with Success=True and and get a Green Message at the top of the page stating it has successfully saved the changes.

I then scroll to the bottom of the page to find that my new TLD is not even their.

I have tried this several times and have changed the admin template to the different templates that are available with no luck in adding new TLD's

I am able to duplicate or copy a TLD to a new TLD but am unable to change the register and update it.

looking at the database table tbldomainpricing I have notice that a Reserved SQL word has been used as the primary key for the table "order"

seeing that I am already at 191 TLD's in the system and only partway through G TLD's this has caused a bit of a hick-up in my getting everything loaded in my WHMCS

Other than writing an SQL script to complete the rest of my entries or manually inserting each entry by hand through phpMyAdimin

Any Help would be great
