I have to agree with Jason, modify your datacenter's TOS to fit your own needs. Your TOS should cover your datacenter's requirements at a minimum then add any more requirements and your own info.

 

With their permission, of course....

Thanks, I agree get there permission but in most cases you don't need to because they want to keep you as a customer. BUT DO NOT JUST COPY THERE STUFF re write it out! haha
