[confirmed] [unconfirmed] 6.0.1 - Announcements in client profile link to wrong place

===========DESCRIPTION===========

Under recent news in the client area, if you try and click a news article it's linked to the wrong place. It skips the /announcements. Instead of linking https://{whmcs install}/announcements/1/{article}.html it links to https://{whmcs install}/{article name}/

=========STEPS TO REPLICATE=========

[1] Have at least one news article created.

[2] Go to client area home

[3] Attempt to click a recent news article.

[4] See it does not go to the correct link.
