How to change header.tpl from specify page?

I want to change header/footer.tpl of "Front-Office" and keep with same header/footer on client area, how do I change that?

I want to develop a some pages to users that aren't logged : (domain, plans, services,e etc.)

However I want to know how do I change the header/footer.tpl for those pages,

I need to keep client area with the original footer/header.
