  1. Hi - We want users to be able to point their own sub domain at our service. This isn't possible using the domain options. If the user enters some.domain.com into "I will update my name servers" it throws an error. Does anyone know of a mod or can create one that would add "I will point a sub domain at the service" and allow user to enter their own sub domain? Thanks, Dave
  2. Hi- We need a mod/customization that will allow users to sign up using a sub domain they will point at our server (e.g. app.domain.com, where domain.com is hosted elsewhere). Currently, if you enter the format (sub.domain.com) into "I will use my existing domain and update my nameservers" it throws an error. We would like a mod that would either permit this or create an addition domain option "I will point a sub domain at your server" Thanks.
  3. I did post it in the Marketplace. You removed it and wagged a finger at me for posting twice (and then suggested I post it in the Marketplace?!). Can I post it in the Marketplace again or are you going to remove it again and advise me not to post twice?

  5. Hi - We need a mod/custom work that will allow users to: 1. Create an account in WHMCS via a remote site using only First Name, Last Name, Email, and Password. 2. Also allow users to create an account via signing in using Facebook, Twitter or Google. We are flexible on this, it is not a priority but something we would like to have if it does not entail a large expenditure or overly complicate work. 3. Display user's current package and upgrade options within Dashboard of remote site. 4. User's access level is determined by package id, so when user signs up for account, or upgrades an account, the appropriate package value will be inserted into db and/or read from WHMCS site. Thanks!
  6. I want users to be able to sign up for a free account using only First Name, Last Name, Email, and Password from a form on another site. For the WHMCS integration code, it shows link to our WHMCS registration page. Does anyone know of any mods that are available for this? Thanks
  7. Hi - We offer both VPS and cPanel hosting. I want customers to be able to add a cPanel hosting account to the VPS. How can I configure my product so that client can add one of our cPanel hosting packages to their VPS without having to use "Continue Shopping"? That is, I would like the cPanel packages to be presented as an add-on, but setting it up as an add-on does not create a cPanel account. Any assistance would be appreciated. Thanks.
  8. After upgrading to WHMCS 5.3.9 our daily cron stopped functioning. The cron stops for no apparent reason and never completes. I went through the docs, increased PHP memory, etc... and still no dice. I created a ticket and was told to run 'php -q /home/user/public_html/admin/cron.php debug' The output was: Starting (Time: 0.65 Memory: 15.01) Running Pre-Cron Hooks (Time: 0.02 Memory: 15.01) Starting Generating Invoices (Time: 0 Memory: 15.01) Invoicing Loop Domain ID 291 - 1 of 2 (Time: 0.01 Memory: 15.41) Invoicing Loop Domain ID 228 - 2 of 2 (Time: 0 Memory: 15.41) Generated Invoice #9961 (Time: 0 Memory: 15.41) Generated Invoice #9962 (Time: 0.19 Memory: 28.87) Generated Invoice #9963 (Time: -0.86 Memory: 30.07) Generated Invoice #9964 (Time: 0.14 Memory: 30.07) Generated Invoice #9965 (Time: 0.13 Memory: 30.07) Generated Invoice #9966 (Time: 0.14 Memory: 30.07) Generated Invoice #9967 (Time: 0.14 Memory: 30.13) The response from support is that the issue is "something on your server". Nothing on my server changed during the upgrade except WHMCS. Is anyone else having this issue? Im really frustrated because apparently there is nothing in WHMCS debug that even offers a clue as to what is happening. Thanks.
