Regarding Jin's issue, this took place last year and I have reviewed the correspondence, with the old support rep. The issue was not a problem with our templates, but rather Jin was told he could keep his current WHMCS home page template and change to our template once the user has logged in. He was given some guidance to make this possible but for one reason or another the change was not able to be completed.
I will say that our tech support is very willing to help solve any minor problems and help make adjustments so the template works to the customers liking. However custom modification is extra.
I will admit the support rep. at the time did handle the issue incorrectly because Jin has inquired pre-sale if this would be possible, and we did not disclose that there may be an additional custom development cost. So, going forward, as the support rep on deck, I can guarantee that if we tell a customer something pre-sale that is untrue, the customer would be entitled to a refund.
Also, we are currently working with Jin to complete the custom work free of charge, we spoke and I wanted to assure him any current and future customers can expect good honest customer service. I will handle any customer complaints on a case by case basis, in a timely fashion, to the customers full satisfaction
