  1. I'm leaving this here in case anyone else is having the same problem since it seems to be common. I was having the exact above problem on a new install and tried brian!'s solutions. That didn't work for me but I did turn on "Enable error display" as suggested and learned that it was an "Allowed memory size of xxxxx bytes exhausted error". After going to my server and configuring php memory limit my domain configuration page was working again.
