  3. I agree. No big deal. You're at the Approval page for that order and just select "the registrar" in the dropdown, then click approve. Easy.

  9. I got it. It's on a different line in that file. Thanks for pointing me in the right general direction. here's what I did.   10. Ahh, but on the next page after clicking "check out" the "complete order" button has changed color!
  11. Ok, i give. Where do I enable the option to search all TLD's. Sorry I read through the posts and either i'm blind or stupid or both but can't find a way to enable that function. Thanks.
  12. Yeah, I'm curious too. I use outlook as an email client but even in webmail the message is cut off. "If you don't see any changes, the user may have just submitted the form without change. If you are unhappy with any of the changes, you ne".... That's all I get at the bottom of the details change notification email. I see all the details above but it clearly gets cut off at the bottom somehow.
  13. How Did you do that? That's what I want to do... simply state in the email that a response is available and they have to log into the ticket to see/reply to the ticket.
