  1. This started occurring today for us as well. No changes on the M365 end. Currently forwarding to another mailbox/domain to connect to POP.
  2. Is there a feature or setting for password policy management within WHMCS? Specifically for expiring user and admin passwords after a certain amount of time, complexity etc. I didn't see this anywhere and maybe others are using a custom module? Thanks for your feedback! Ken
  3. Follow-up on this. The "tickets tab" from the client profile page, is designed to behave entirely differently than the default settings of all other ticket areas for sorting. Doesn't make sense to me, but I'll just keep clicking and it'll get fixed eventually. Moving on......
  4. From Support: the developers said this was "by design" and I should submit a feature request. Strange....and dismissive? Perhaps they didn't understand me..... So I asked them to pass to a supervisor and showed them three other areas tickets are accessed within WHMCS that sort active tickets first, then most recent closed next. Perhaps just an initial oversight. I'm sure they will see it's a bug. 😉
  5. It is by status then by age. It will first show ANY active ticket first (a good thing) but then it is OLDEST closed ticket next. So it's not just me and...well this calls for a support ticket because it sorts just fine (by default) anywhere else you gain access to tickets.
  6. Hello, we recently updated to version 8.2.1 and the ticket tab appears to need some tweaks. Any time I click on the "tickets" tab while viewing a customer, the list of tickets sort oldest to newest. Sure this can be remedied with a click on the "last reply" column, but I'm finding extra clicks to be a pattern with the upgrade. Is this an expected behavior? I've attached a screenshot. It would be preferred to simply have them sort automatically "active" first..... then most recent closed next etc. Thanks in advance. Ken
  7. Hello, I'm familiar with the likes of ITGlue, but figured I'd ask if anyone was using or aware of any module within WHMCS that can hold customer-specific data like: -Contracts (notify for renewal?) -Server/Network/Machine Configurations -Passwords etc. You'd think it would already be out there, but I haven't found one. Thoughts?
  8. Is there an easy way to get multiple links if it matches one group? Ex: a product matches validgroup1, so it bringsup a list of three links on the left. If it's validgroup2, a different set/combination of links show up.
  9. WOW AMAZING! This worked perfectly, Thank you!
  10. Your script works with a product that uses the plesk module. (shows the custom link at the bottom of the actions list) The products I need a custom link for are "other products or services". Thank you again for your replies and advice.
  11. Can you find where I'm going wrong here? Product ID is 20 (according to the links in the product > Links section) Screenshot of the code (only thing altered was the product 20) and the product page from the customer perspective
  12. I must be missing something, I don't see any drop-down menu for any of the products. I only see options under the domains. Also, if my product ID = 20, where is that defined in the code?
  13. Wow this looks amazing! Now for the newb..... Can you provide integration instructions? I see in my templates/mycurrenttemplate/sidebar.tpl But I'm not sure where to copy/paste etc. I have a dev setup so I'm not afraid to break stuff.
  14. Yes I am defining the Text and the URL associated with the product link. The text/url link would be the SAME for each product, but could be different on different products. Product-1 would send the customer to someurl1.com and Product-2 would send the customer to someURL2.com
