  1. Thanks this seemed to work but the alignment of the text appears to be out. Any ideas?
  2. Thank you for this. Is there anyway within this to make bold text? A good example would be: Email: email@email.com Phone: 123 456 789 Web: www.example.com
  3. I tried this but the formatting appeared to be out. The top was in bold, and larger font and then the rest was in different sizes.
  4. Great work. Fixed my issue straight away. In regards to the logo, is there anyway to have text on the right hand side, eg website / email address. Currently the invoice has only the logo and no additional contact information.
  5. Actually not. Just did a search for one domain and it only comes up once, and is linked to the correct client. However if you use the cPanel / WHM Import it has the white background...
  6. Hi Guys, I have a requirement to make a few minor changes to the PDF. I need to reduce the size of the logo or move the box with the invoice number down a few lines. It is currently covering the logo. Also the transactions box at the bottom, i would like to either remove or add another box which has details of our bank account for transfer of payment. Any help / guidance is appreciated.
  7. Need a few more minor things. Hoping I can get some guidance Brian. On the email template that goes out, I want to add some info into a table next to the logo: Current Email header is this: <!DOCTYPE html PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD XHTML 1.0 Transitional//EN" "http://www.w3.org/TR/xhtml1/DTD/xhtml1-transitional.dtd"> <html xmlns="http://www.w3.org/1999/xhtml"> <head> <meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html; charset={$charset}" /> <meta name="viewport" content="width=device-width, initial-scale=1, maximum-scale=1, user-scalable=no"> <style type="text/css"> [EmailCSS] </style> </head> <body leftmargin="0" marginwidth="0" topmargin="0" marginheight="0" offset="0"> <center> <table align="center" border="0" cellpadding="0" cellspacing="0" height="100%" width="100%" id="bodyTable"> <tr> <td align="center" valign="top" id="bodyCell"> <table border="0" cellpadding="0" cellspacing="0" id="templateContainer"> <tr> <td align="center" valign="top"> <table border="0" cellpadding="0" cellspacing="0" width="100%" id="templateHeader"> <tr> <td valign="top" class="headerContent"> <a href="{$company_domain}"> <img src="{$company_logo_url}" style="max-width:600px;padding:20px" id="headerImage" alt="{$company_name}" /> </td> </tr> </table> </td> </tr> <tr> <td align="center" valign="top"> <table border="0" cellpadding="0" cellspacing="0" width="100%" id="templateBody"> <tr> <td valign="top" class="bodyContent">
  8. Thanks Brian. Great work! did exactly what I needed / wanted...
  9. Hi Guys, I am having an issue using the cPanel import utility. It states some accounts are "in WHMCS but set to a different product" However when I look at the product name in this instance "root_sharedenterprise" they are exactly the same as they are in the configproducts page and on the server. In the client's account it exists as well.. Any ideas? Image is attached.
  10. Managed to find this in another thread. Fixed... Thanks for your help with this.
  11. Ill try and do a search for the hooks.... thanks for this. No the links will be the same for eg logging a support ticket, but the link for viewing may be different eg www.example.com/submitticket to www.example.com/viewticket
  12. I dont believe that is it. I am referring to the info in General Settings >> Mail Global Email CSS Styling Client Email Header Content Client Email Footer Content
