  1. I know this thread is a little old but I just posed this to WHMCS sales support. Weebly offers their product to the public at a starting price point of $8.00 per month unlimited space that they host on their servers. They offer it to us to resell at $5.72 per month tell us the suggested price is $8.99 per month plus the cost you would charge your customer for basic hosting. To compete with Weebly I would need to loose money. Any smart customer would simply jump ship and go directly to them. WHMCS makes money if you use the Market Connect. Weebly makes out like a bandit because they use your server, space and resources for their web site builder. Not sure about SPAM Experts. Looking at the pricing on the Symantec SSL's. The price on the Rapid SSL is a great price. $8.95 per year. The cheapest I can get them is $7.99 per year. Well worth the $8.95 to have this process automated through WHMCS. Definitely jumping on this.
  2. Same issue here. And we are just trying to update from 7.11 to 7.12. Entered support ticket and 30 hours later no response. Here's an idea WHMCS. When you release a maintenance update how about actually giving us the option to upload a small update instead of forcing this auto-update down our throats or forcing us to upload a full version for a small update. Glad this wasn't a security issue or we'd all be screwed. Sometimes when you think your making your product better you're really not.

  4. ] That is Free Emails Banned Addon. Not what I was referring to. Again.... Honestly wouldn't a simple solution to be able to ban certain addresses (not refering to email addresses)as you can IP addresses? or AES_ENCRYPT(1,1) gets put in to the address 1or 2, City or State and the system kicks back not allowing it. Until there is fix for this we are simply not allowing address changes and have informed clients such changes will be submitted to Billing in a support ticket.
  5. Got hit by the same guy, using IP out of Spain IP Address: 37.247.121.196 Host: ns1.nuevosdominiosweb.org Honestly wouldn't a simple solution to be able to ban certain addresses as you can IP addresses? or AES_ENCRYPT(1,1) gets put in to the address 1or 2, City or State and the system kicks back not allowing it. Until there is fix for this we are simply not allowing address changes and have informed clients such changes will be submitted to Billing in a support ticket. For as long as this has been going on WHMCS should have thought of something so simple and implemented the solution. By the way you know these people trying this hack are watching this thread.
  6. WHMCS...... Time for you to do a little development in the fraud protection area. Varilogix has not been in business for over a few years yet you still have them listed as an option. MaxMind is canceling the phone verification part of their module and changing prices. Telesign wants a a $100.00 a month for a basic account. You need to dump Varilogix so that your clients don't think that is an option. At this point you have no complete fraud verification package which above all else at least to me if one of the most important features you can offer. Onverify has a working call back solution. http://www.onverify.com/a/plugins/w/whmcs What needs to happen is you need to find away for your clients to use fraud modules at on time. Lots of people will be very upset in December when MaxMind completely drops call backs. So lets get a head of the game now! What do you say?
  7. Yes saw this also. Looks promising. Demo worked fine. All verification types. Can be set from admin: Phone, SMS, Auto Selection, User Select http://blog.onverify.com/2012/02/22/fraud-protection-module-for-whmcs-2/ Live demo is available at http://whmcs.onverify.com/
  8. Forget I asked. TeleSign clients must spend at least $100 per month
  9. Anyone know what telesign.com charges for call back verification?
  10. VariLogiX has not worked for some time and they have not updated their site since 2009. I do have an account with them but have not been able to access it forever.
  11. That's nicd I just got an email from them today.
  12. Just received this few minutes ago. Time to start looking for a new service. Any idea's?
  13. Title says it all. Currently looking for a Cloud Provider who has a reseller program and uses the new OnApp WHMCS reseller module. http://onapp.com/whmcs/ vps.net not currently an option.
