  1. Hello Brian We are using a custom template and everything works except this affiliate cookie part. Anyway, let me take a deeper look and see if I can trace something out. Thanks & Regards
  2. Hello Brian We have tested this on multiple browsers with cookies enabled. But still we have the issue
  3. Hello friends I am facing a big issue with affiliate orders. When we access affiliate referral link (like http://www.domain.com/********?aff=1), we can see that "Visitors Referred" for that affiliate (Affiliate ID 1 in this example) is getting incremented by one in the WHMCS admin panel. But from this affiliate referral link, if a new customer places an order, this order is not automatically assigned to the affiliate. We had some orders with failed payments, so we thought that these orders were not assigned to the affiliate because of non payment. But with successfully paid orders also, they are not automatically assigned to the affiliate referred. Can anyone please guide me to find a fix for this issue? Thanks & Regards Sujith
  4. Thank you so much for your inputs. Let me think and shall get back on it Thanks & Reagards Sujith
  5. Hello We had recently setup a Linux server with DirectAdmin for providing shared hosting services. We installed two PHP versions on this server. Can we provide a way for the clients to choose a PHP version from the WHMCS order form and automatically configure that account in the server under the selected PHP version? What we think is to define a configurable option and associate that with the product. But we don't know how to pass the PHP version to DirectAdmin in order to configure this account on server. Can you please guide us on this? Thanks & Regards Sujith
  6. Hello Thanks for your inputs. I have checked activity logs and nothing is logged there. In the apache server logs also, no errors are reported (with error reporting enabled). Still I am running around this issue and is not resolved yet. I am totally confused because we have created sub pages for our site with the same template and those are loading well. Only home page (index.php) is not loading and no trace of any errors either. Thanks & Regards Sujith
  7. Hello Chris Thanks for your quick response. Yes, we are using a custom theme and that is causing issues. As per your recommendation, I changed to six theme and it worked. Let me now check what is wrong with my theme. Thank you so much for your recommendation. Thanks & Regards Sujith
  8. Hello I tried to upgrade my existing WHMCS 6.3.2 to 7.0.1, but since then site home page (index.php) is not loading. But if I access any other page, they are loading fine. Even the pages which use my template are loading without any issues. I enabled error reporting and it does not show any fatal errors. Only some warnings and notices are shown, which I don't think is a cause for home not being loaded. Admin area and client area are working well. Can anyone please recommend any solution to figure it out? My current server configuration is as follows: PHP 5.6.27 (cli) Zend Engine v2.6.0 with the ionCube PHP Loader (enabled) + Intrusion Protection from ioncube24.com (unconfigured) v6.0.6 mysql Ver 14.14 Distrib 5.6.34 Thanks & Regards Sujith
  9. Hello John As per your recommendations, we did a new invoice for the recurring product prior to the due date. Then on due date, PayPal send us the payment and the previously generated invoice was marked as paid. So everything worked fine as expected. But during last month, we came across another problem. Along with the monthly subscribed product, we had to bill a one time payment to the same customer with payment method as PayPal. So as usual we generated an invoice for monthly subscribed product before due date with invoice number as 429. Also created another invoice for the one time payment with invoice number 430. And on due date, a new invoice was automatically generated by the system with invoice number 431 which included amounts of subscription product and one time payment product. Then all these three invoices were automatically marked as paid. Also, we received the total amount for invoice number 431 (total of both invoice 429 & 430) in our paypal account. Along with that, we also received additional payment for subscribed product and this was added to customer credit automatically. Thus, in short, what we understand is, if we generated invoice for subscription product only, we receive payment against it on due date and that invoice will automatically marked as paid. Whereas, if we have an additional billing, we receive an extra payment for subscription product. Is this a bug, or is it because of something that we have configured wrongly? Kindly guide us. Thanks & Regards Sujith
  10. Hi I would like to know whether we can setup individual invoices against a Paypal subscription payment. For example, one of our customer has subscribed to a monthly recurring product using payment method as Paypal. So, the subscription was setup against that invoice and next month onwards we receive Paypal payments correctly. But as per our accounting system, we need to have separate invoices for each payment, which we are not possible to setup in our WHMCS. Thus, please let me know if a new invoice can be generated automatically whenever we receive a payment from Paypal against this subscription. Thanks & Regards Sujith
  11. Hi friends We are facing some issues/confusions related with the display of commission amounts for affiliates. As the WHMCS documents says, commission will be calculated based on the order total after applying discounts related with the promotional codes applied to the order. But what we see on both client area and admin interface is that the commission amount is shown on the total order amount even though the orders have discounts applied on them through promotional codes. On client area, "Commissions Pending Maturation" shows the total commissions applied on orders after applying discounts, which is correct. But in the referrals list table, commission is displayed based on the order total without considering the discounts. So, if we take the commission total from the referrals list, it will not match with the total commission pending. Please find the following screenshot (Pls note that the affiliate template has been customized by us to show the client name and maturity date on the referrals list). In the case of this customer, commission rate is set as 50% one time. On administration panel affiliate management, in referred signups tab, commission shows 50% of the total order amount (without considering the discounts) But on the pending commissions tab, commission amount is shown correctly (after applying the discount for orders) Can you please clarify whether this is a bug on WHMCS, or is it designed to work like this? In any case, our clients (and we too) are facing difficulty in understanding the affiliate commissions setup because of these mismatches. Thanks & Regards Sujith
  12. Hello Thanks for the update. I will surely check with Virtualname to see whether they support these functions. Thanks & Regards Sujith
  13. Hi John Thanks for your response. We use Virtualname as the domain registrar and with their WHMCS module we are handling domain activities. By default, I see that following domain addons are available on WHMCS DNS Management Email Forwarding ID Protection When I activate these addons on any TLD, it shows up in the addons section of clientarea domain management. I can also see a link there to manage these addon services (for example, manage DNS Host Record Management is linked to http://mydomain.com/clientarea.php?action=domaindns&domainid=120). When I click on this link, it just takes me back to the domains list page (http://mydomain.com/clientarea.php?action=domains). Same is the case with other two addons as well. I am not getting any idea why it is not showing even an error, or show up in module log either. Thanks & Regards Sujith
  14. Hello friends I have enabled the DNS Management addon for one of my domains from the admin panel. But when I go to my client area and try to manage DNS for that domain, it does not work. Instead, it redirects back to the domains list page. Initially I thought that this is due to a problem with my template. And I tried changing the templates, but the output is the same. Have anyone of you come across such a situation? I may be doing something wrong and that could be the reason. Can you please guide me how to get a fix on this issue? Thanks & Regards Sujith
  15. Hi Jack Thanks for your input. I tried to add a new field to contact.tpl, but it is not showing up anywhere in the email received. So I presume that I have to create a new PHP file to which the contact form will be submitted. And in this new PHP file, should accept parameters sent from contact.tpl and send emails using PHP functions. I am trying that option, but due to some other urgent tasks, I have postponed my plans to fix contact form. Will try these possibilities and shall update this thread if my customization work well. Thanks & Regards Sujith
