  1. This was some strange formatting issue in EM Client. Please kill this post.
  2. I have had a problem that I can't find an answer for. I assume this is a security issue but I need a remedy. When I reply to tickets from my email client, whmcs strips my email of html. This makes my signature look very unprofessional. Besides loggin in to reply to every ticket, is there a way I can remedy this small but nagging problem?
  3. Is there a solution to this? I have several clients that use autoresponders. So if I send out an announcement or if whmcs sends an invoice, the client's autoresponder winds up opening a new ticket.
  4. I have held off upgrading in the recent year due to all the problems with template changes not being published and changes not being documented. It was a mess when I tried and I just reverted to a backup. Does WHMCS have this sorted by now? I have a slightly modified template. Do I have to go through all the template changes that took place between versions 5.0.3 and 5.2.2? Thanks.
  5. I have been having a fair amount of issues with mod security and WHMCS lately. Users(including myself) occasionally get denied from performing things like "Change Password". They get an error like: Forbidden You don't have permission to access /clientarea.php on this server. Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request. Has anyone dealt with this before?
  6. Yes I have a couple of underscores. This was never a problem in the past. I will give it a shot.
  7. Why would 5.1.2 knock out all my custom css changes. I see no mention of changes to the style sheet? I had to revert to a backup because I don't know what happened. It turned my custom template into the default.
  8. I'm not sure what you are speaking of. There is nothing to the right in Modern Order Form. Only the Ajax Form has the floating cart contents to the right. I can remove it if I can get to the last order screen, the problem is I can't remove it or proceed if I make a mistake. Let's say a US client tries to order a .ca or .it domain thinking there are no restrictions, there is no way for them to move forward as the cart will give them an error if they try to proceed and there is no way to remove the item from the cart or to get to the next step.
  9. How do I only sync changes in expiry date. I know this is an option in the command, I just forgot and can't find it.
  10. I am using the Modern Order Form and am having some difficulty with registerring domains. 1. I try to register a domain and then decide I do not want it in the next step, there is no apparent way for me to delete this domain. For instance, I tried ordering a bunch of domains, one of which was .asia. I didn't realize that I needed a registered business license to order this domain. The Modern Orderform gives me no option to delete it and I can't proceed with the order because I get an error for the .asia domain name. There isn't even a way to back out of it. 2. Can anyone register a .asia domain through wmcs and logicboxes? I get the following Error: Order Accept Encountered Problems null : Parameter value policy error
  11. I ran this code manually and the domains did indeed sync. So for some reason my cron isn't running for this, yet it runs for Netearthone. Very strange. Am I right about there being a universal cron for this now?
  12. Since WHMCS has been slow with support(no doubt their hands are full), I was hoping maybe someone could shed some insight as to why I might be having this problem. I don't know how long this is going on or if it is sporadic or not, but Enom Expiry Date sync cron is no longer working. My cron reads: php -q /home/$user/public_html/$WHMCSINSTALL/modules/registrars/enom/enomsync.php 0 changesonly I have no problem with my Netearthone domain sync. Has this cron changed? I thought I read somewhere there is a universal cron script now.
  13. Bunp. Certainly someone has at least a thought on this, please share.
