  1. Make sure you have your cron created in your control panel. Instructions: http://docs.whmcs.com/Cron_Configuration
  2. This is just a warning that you're using the default order form that comes with WHMCS, called "cart". It's a warning that if you want to make changes to this order form, you better create a copy of this order form and save it under another name. In WHMCS settings you then need to define your new order form.
  3. Duplicate of https://forum.whmcs.com/showthread.php?119598-After-Upgraded-WHMCS-7-0-showing-package-no-server-found-error
  4. Did you actually add your servers in WHMCS and made sure the connection is working fine from WHMCS to the server? http://docs.whmcs.com/Servers#Adding_a_New_Server
  5. Why? You still have the choice: you either upgrade automatically using the new feature in WHMCS or you choose to manually upgrade your WHMCS. The updater will NEVER automatically overwrite your files without you knowing it.
  6. Create a folder outside your public_html folder and put the full path to that folder in the settings. Make sure that folder has CHMOD 777 permissions.
  7. Unfortunately, this is not working for us. We have WHMCS installed on a subdomain. If a user adds something to his shopping cart, it correctly displays the number of items in the cart. When he moves away from a WHMCS page, the counter is reset to 0 items. Going back to WHMCS shows the correct number of items. We're using the correct path to the feed, seems like another session is created when switching from WHMCS to a non WHMCS page.
  8. Thanks Brian! This was indeed due to a language override. We have changed it back to the original text and it's showing fine now. As you say, it will still cause display problems for some other languages, so I will report it as a bug.
  9. We upgraded to WHMCS 7 today and are struggling with 1 small issue. After adding a domain name to the cart, the text on the button changes to "Proceed to checkout". However, the size of the button does not change, which makes it impossible to have the full text shown on the button. Screenshot:
  10. You can define "The hour of the day you wish for the daily automated actions to be executed" in WHMCS > Setup > Automation Settings. The daily tasks will only be executed once a day at the time defined there.
  11. Thanks a lot Brian, we will test it out very soon!
  12. Hello, We want to get rid of the "notifications" link in the header of the six template. The idea would be to move the notifications to the left sidebar instead. Anyone has an idea if this possible? We've tried experimenting with a hook file but couldn't get it to work. Thanks!
  13. WHMCS confirmed this as a bug and has opened case CORE-9947 to have this fixed. - - - Updated - - - Interesting, although I don't understand what you did to fix this. What's the difference between global header content and client header content? I don't see a global header content field.
  14. It does look good on Hotmail here, but not on Gmail. Attached 2 printscreens which explain the problem. Hotmail: Gmail:
  15. There is no file /admin/images/priority.gif In the full WHMCS 6.3 download, you will find: /admin/images/lowpriority.gif /admin/images/mediumpriority.gif /admin/images/highpriority.gif
