  1. I found this request and wonder if anyone has any idea when it can be implemented? And if there is any work around for now? Thanks.
  2. I have checked to Disable Auto Credit Applying in Invoices tab in General Settings. However, I recognised that credit is still applied to invoices automatically. Is there anyone else noticed that too? I am using the latest release 7.2.3. Thanks.
  3. Two days ago, I received a notification about Kayako Loginshare Security Patch, but now, that thread disappeared. What is happening with that thread and the issue?
  4. Actually, it's confirmed by John at ticket NNR-947021 and the issue #CORE-8834 is opened few days ago.
  5. Yes, they confirmed in version 5.2.4 with sidebar.tpl file. And didn't bother to fix it.
  6. As stated, when clicking to Pending Orders, it shows all orders. I reported this bug 2 years ago, since version 5.2.4, but it seems that never fixed, or keeps coming back. It happens to me in version 6.0.1.
  7. No, I am not asking for adding anything else to current document. I just have it as location reference. In case you are allowing users customize this, then you can add some warnings like in your posts to that place, so people are already warned if they want to sync thousands domains at once.
  8. I see your point. It can be resolved with some notes into documents at http://docs.whmcs.com/Domains_Tab#Domain_Sync_Enabled Already did it. I am the #11
  9. Then, why do you need to create more job for every admin? Creating a configuration for domainsync in your code will help to save time for all WHMCS admins. Do you recognize that? I am not expert in programing, but I guess it will not take more than 30 minutes for adjusting the code. Add an option to General Settings, add functions for saving in database, add a check before running domainsync. Solved. Don't want to be rude, but you are only speaking from your side, not your customers side and it's not a good practice at all.
  10. That's why we should have this customized. It's up to each admin to setup how many domains sync'ed each time. Setting up cron running 30 minutes will generate multiple emails to admin's inbox and it's not the good way to manage. With the old domain sync scripts before, we haven't seen any issue when running sync for all domains at once. No complain from registrars either.
  11. I would like to have a customize configuration for this. It's up to admin to check 50 or 500 or all domains at once. 50 domains sync only takes less than 10 seconds for running on our server, so I guess it doesn't take much CPU for sync'ing more.
  12. They seem not open for all IP. Only IP addresses in API.
  13. In WHMCS of course. Just choose a domain that is under RC, then WHMCS will shows error. Don't you have it? I am still facing to it right now.
  14. I did request RC for checking, but they haven't provided fix yet since I raised ticket in 15 hours ago. So, the issue is from LB platform?
  15. Firstly, our IP are added in API already for a long time. And I put them again too. Secondly, the full error message is where xx.xxx.xxx.xxx is our WHMCS installation IP address. This happens with our accounts in ResellerClub, NetearthOne and Resell.biz, all are using LogicBox platform. So, I don't know if this is because of WHMCS or LogicBox? Is there anyone having the same error right now? Thanks.
