By default, cPanel grants a reseller access to all of the available IP addresses on the server, with this hook you will be able to assign only specific ips to a product.   3. This hook will automatically generate A Records for each NS in the reseller's main domain dns zone. How it works ? Once an order was placed and activated, the hook will send API calls to the server, getting the default nameservers & ips. Next, it will add A records for each NS in the reseller's main domain. All is done using pure API & access hash (that is already configured in WHMCS).   4. Offering a free domains with your products ? This hook will notify you when a user has a free domain, without a valid product assigned to it. Meaning, he is getting a free product - when he shouldn't ! Some real life example usage - Client ordered a yearly hosting plan and received a free domain with it. After couple of months, client cancelled the hosting account, but domain is still listed in WHMCS as a free domain and might be sent to the registrar for renewal !   7. This hook will send email notification whenever a ticket note is added. Email will be sent only to the admins assigned to that department.   14. Hi, Admin template - "Simple" doesn't have reference to the "AdminAreaHeadOutput" hook ? Any hook we tried to create using that template simply ignored. Eli.
  15. Hi, If admin has assigned tickets, the tickets view table appears twice. You are using the same table ID ("sortabletbl0") in the ticket view. This causes Javascript functionality partially work, or not work at all (One example is the "select all" check box). Eli.
