We have moved to a new server (same domain name, different IP) Now, clients can login, but can't post support tickets here: http://www.solarenergyhost.com/clients/submitticket.php They just go to a blank screen, the same for the knowledge base and Downloads menu items
(WHMCS is installed in the /clients folder and the site is in the public_html file):
If this helps , we are getting this error message when we login into the Kayako admin area (though we can still login):
