  1. Thanks for being so responsive, I really appreciate it! *subscribed to thread*
  2. I'm pleased to hear that you'll take it into consideration. I've looked through the report and the occasions when it's reporting that the response has been slow is actually caused by the client not responding. For example we opened a ticket on 5th December 2007, didn't receive a response so sent a chaser on 17th January 2008 and the report puts that down as a 43 day response time. When in actual fact we opened the ticket and the client never replied
  3. This is a great addon. Does the report/widget calculate the mean or the median? If the former then the value is going to be skewed by any occasional large values (and there are plenty of occasions when it might take a few days to reply to a ticket). I think using the median would be a fairer average, especially with the widget, in producing an average response time customers can expect to receive.
  4. Thanks for your comments. @steam.roy: I used if queries in the viewcart.tpl file to display an icon if the configurable options with those particular names were being used. I just copied the web20cart template and renamed it during development so I could instantly switch back to the previous template if there was some catastrophy during the upgrade...but of course everything went smoothly. @PingVPS: Yes the lack of images and heavy use of CSS on the layout is intentional. Many years ago we had a flash layout, when we switched to a CSS heady/low image layout our search engine rankings shot up, so we're keeping the same scheme this time round too. I like to think it's simple yet effective...I also have a personal loathing of stock pictures of smiling people wearing headsets and pictures of random servers, so they were definately out
  5. Our previous layout served us well for the past 4 years, but it's time for a new one and therefore a new WHMCS integration! This time we went beyond the mere template customsation of my previous integration and have started linking other parts of our website into WHMCS. Login Details Email: a@a.com Password: 123456 General Changes - http://www.valcatohosting.com Added 53 new strings to the language file for more explanation throughout the client area and order process, Email templates to match website layout. Sidebars added throughout Order System Changes - https://secure.valcato.com/cart.php'>https://secure.valcato.com/cart.php Added description of the options on the configureproductdomain and additional domain fields, Added images to server configurable options, Added card logos and description of the payment methods, WorldPay payment page also customised. Telesign verification pages customised. Client Area Changes- https://secure.valcato.com Entire system requires login - I've created a login (details above) so you guys can have a look; feel free to poke around, please don't place any orders though. Custom ajax login form, that also logs clients into our community forums. The same form can also be used to login to cPanel simply by enteirng the domain and password (the username is referenced from the WHMCS database). cPanel login buttons added to client area homepage. And many, many more smaller tweaks I couldn't possibly mention. I'm extremely pleased with how its turned out and welcome your comments; be as brutal as you like.
  6. We just leave them, then close them when we audit.
  7. Hi, Surely that's something that would be setup in your server control panel (eg. cPanel) and not WHMCS?
  8. Hi, You will be able to achieve that using the conditional display feature in the email templates.
  9. Hi, Are you sure it's asking you to pay money, or asking you to set product pricing?
  10. Hi, The link is only filled in when an order is placed; resending the email will indeed just product a blank space.
  11. Hi, In my experience prorata confuses customers more than anniversary. I don't think there's any reason why free domains won't work with prorata.
  12. Hi, 1. Yes WHMCS can create reseller accounts automatically. 2. I'm not 100% 3. The WHMCS installation service is totally safe; can't speak for any other service.
  13. Hi, I've never heard of such a thing.
