  1. Another item. When the credit card is stored and you go to view Credit Card information, you get a popup box with an area to put your decryption key so that you can view the cc info Now, all the customers who had cc info store and I opt to view the check credit card info the top part show xxxx xxxx xxxx 1234 (where 1234 is that last 4 digits) but I don't see the box below that to enter the decrypt info like I did before I moved it. This happened to me last time I moved the WHMCS service to a new server host, but last time I just had the customers re-enter their cc info and it was such a pain in the butt. Would like to figure out what happens ot the cc info when moving to a new server IP Thanks!
  2. The configuration.php is correct. Its acting like the information is not there. For example, if I have a customer with an open invoice that is a credit card invoice, I should be able to click them attempt credit card button and it should try to charge the card. I am getting a message that the Capture Error The capture was not successful. Please check the gateway log for more details. But checking the payment gateway log there is no entry failed or otherwise. I went and checked to see if the user had a credit card on file and all I saw was Credit Card Details Existing Card Details Card Type: American Express Card Number: ************9000 I believe its missing the expiration. Customer received an email saying "We tried to bill you automatically but were unable to because we don't have your credit card details on file." I guess my question is which table holds the encrypted cc information. I am using the Authorize.net payment gateway option that allows storage of cc info locally. Thanks.
  3. Moved my WHMCS to a new server and during testing it appears that the cc info for customers is missing. I use Authorize.net gateway and store the cc info locally. Has anyone else ever had this happen? Thanks!
  4. Looking at Opennebula and wanting to make sure there is some integration for this cloud software with our WHMCS system. Have not seen any recent conversations so I thought I would ask. Thanks!
  5. I upgraded to 7.1.1 and I am getting the error: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in /home/xxxxxxx/public_html/xxxxxx/whmcs/whmcs-foundation/lib/View/Formatter/Price.php on line 0
  6. Whe I try to pull up a customer the in the admin template 'original' it loses the menu structure. The other admin templates seem fine. Tried clearing template_c directory, cleared browser cache, tried IE, FF and Chrome and it looks the same screwed up way
  7. Your correct. It was my cache that was faking me out. Thanks!! The pic I posted was for the modern orderform.
  8. I want to make a copy of the Default order form and customize it but not sure where it is. Its not in /templates/orderforms like all the others. In my Default Settings for Ordering I have a custom template defined, but that's not what I see when I select 'Use Default' as the Group order form. Here is a snip of the form:
  9. Getting a reCAPTCHA value not entered when trying to signup in the forum, but there is no captcha graphic.
  10. The links on your forum seem to be broken. Try clicking on the categories or Apply for Membership. All are broken DISREGARD: Cleared my cache and all is well
  11. My last 'Cron Job: Completed' entry was on 1/31. I opened a ticket with WHMCS yesterday and am working with WHMCS support. I may be running out of memory and I have a few things to check. It definitely is my environment and not anything wrong with WHMCS. Thanks!
  12. Just thought I would as before entering a support ticket. We noticed the last time WHMCS automatically charged a credit card was 1/27/2014 which was about the time of one of the last updates, but not 100% sure. No errors in the activity log and the payment gateway works because I can 'attempt capture' and it charges the card. It just looks like its not even trying to do it and not sure why. Nothing changed on our server and the cron job does run daily and issue invoices, just does not charge the cards when the invoice is due or overdue. Weird.
  13. Perfect. Just what I was looking for. Thanks!
  14. Looking to modify the check # I entered for a payment of an invoice for a customer that was incorrect. Looked in the invoices and invoice items tables and don't see that info. Anyone have an idea where that info is stored? Customer is anal and will not be able to sleep until I fix this
