  1. Darn. So one way to deal with it, would be to create a hook that prevents sending mail at all and make it send own custom email after that. Any other ideas how to prevent sending invoices to clients but still send them to bcc or other separate address? Scrambling clients email addresses isn't a valid option since it would prevent sending them product credentials and mass mails if ever needed.
  2. Thank you. Syncing is not a problem (it's only planned into near future if even possible by other system). But the email part.. I can stop emails from sending, but is it possible to change recipient address with hook? Basically I do want to send invoice created mails, just not to client.
  3. Hi. Decently small customization, but still something I need to ask help with. I have a case where company is interested on starting to use whmcs and it's already configured to automatically send control panel credentials etc to new clients. But the problem is: invoicing is done (at least for now) outside whmcs at bookkeepers office. So whmcs is mostly meant for internal use. To have good registry of clients, easily manage their accounts and update infos. Idea is to have whmcs send invoices too but only to bookkeeper who then writes the proper invoices. I know it sounds a bit complicated and maybe even unnecessary but that's how it must go. so basically what I'm asking, is: is there a way to send all invoice mails to same address instead of clients addresses? This way bookkeeper would get notice when to send new invoices but client wouldn't get double invoices.
