It's perfect to add this to the new invoicepdffooter.tpl as well but it will repeat on each page (so it seems) so be aware of that and placement. (I'm checking with WHMCS right now if it is possible to only show invoicepdffooter on the first page ... will update if there is a way to do that, but I doubt it)

Hi Ruan, We will be releasing an addon very soon with which you can set the due date number of days from invoice creation per client. For example: For client A, you set at 14 days, Any invoice for them will then be Invoice date = x and Due date is x+14. For Client B, you set 8 days. Any invoice for them will then be Invoice date = x and Due date is x+8. Client C you don't set anything so the WHMCS defaults will be used. Would that work for you?

Wow, I'm impressed John as those requests were made under different account details etc. Good detective work and mixing of data sources. But yes, we already tried to solve this a few times. The tickets you refer to: IHV-493317 It ends with: - this is not an issue being caused by WHMCS, rather it is a server-side connectivity issue > On the very same server/same whmcs install, where everything works Apart from 3 functions in this addon?! John, no recent ticket as the previous 2 times ended in the same way..... it's not a whmcs fault. So, not starting another one of those Hence my question to the community, rather than whmcs support 🙂

We're seeing the following error: Module Command Error !Function not found in module! when we try to reissue, reset reissue, revoke license, manage. All other options, like suspend work perfectly. The thing is, this even happens in our brand new installed dev environment with only original whmcs files and only the 1 new product set up the use licensing yet not even connected to anything real yet, as a test. Module log has been swiched on and shows nothing at all. All other logs have also be tried with no result. We tested this behaviour in v.710.3 and v8.1.2 WHMCS support has been as helpful as always, blaming other modules (which are not even present) and that's it for them. Anybody any real idea what may be causing this as it's driving me up the wall! 🙂 Any help appreciated. PS Licences Do validate correctly to that same licensing manager etc which sort of makes it extra weird.

Yes, we Wish there was a way to disable it! Or at the very least for Us to decide who has to do so and after how much time. It's extremely annoying and superfluous at best and even kicks in whilst we are just ding maintenance ... in the mifdlel of it! Who thought this was a good idea (as it certainly does not really add to any kind of sense of security) PS Agree with Damo ... if only feature requests were actually listened too :-(

Nice, I checked it and it seems to work in v8.4 Just a shame that we don't use one of the whmcs own admin themes so we can't see it when we use that :-( I'll keep an eye on updates as it would be a time save , wtg! :-)

Not for just bsuiness, as far as I am aware of. Unles ... you set up a separet payment gateway for business and a separate for consumers. In that case there are/were several addons which would let you add payment processing charges per specific gateway .... that may be the way to do it ;-0 Search the marketplace for things like payment gateway charges I know Modulesgarden has one, we use that one, but I beleive there are others that made similar solutions and may be cheaper.

Yep, we're using a Xero addon for each venture. Check: http://www.edgehosting.co.uk/clients/ It's only about £50 p/year and does 2-way sync of paid bill etc. Cchekc it, we're very happy with thsi one. Xero is from from perfect (as is WHCMS) but the connection makes life a Lot easier 😉 PS We have 'tried' to create an addon to get revolut into whmcs but have given up as the Revolut API is so unstable (and support on this is even worse than normal support) it's just not funny anymore. I know there is a credit card payment only Revolut adon but we needed the full range .. and gave up on that.

If you can hang on a little longer and you are ok with an addon for it, I know of an addon coming out for this very soon 🙂 (it's completing beta testing now, as we speak)

Dear Brian, Although I Totally get where you are coming from, you will be sorely missed here. I think you helped out more people, in a Caring way, than the whole of whmcs support put togetehr, so ... you'll be missed. If there is a way to stay in touch with you outside here, I'd love to know that too 🙂 This community will not be the same any more

I believ there are 1 or 2 'ready made' solutions avialable for that and I think they usually indeedd use the group feature to decide. Check the marketplace though and see if they are still available (as many stopped since the new whmcs pricing structure)

The addon mentioned Was pretty good but stopped working and we've been trying to get them to fix it (seems PHP7.3 erorrs/issues in the code) for just about a yera now .... to no avail. I would not advise buying it now.
