  1. I did find that file as well but I didnt have a problem with breaking the system. Could be because I use a custom theme.
  2. Hello, We have an issue where customers are paying invoices and they are not being marked as paid. Customers provide the transaction ID's and when we do a lookup via whmcs, it shows paid, has the invoice number and all, yet it still shows as unpaid. Any ideas?

  5. Hello, I noticed the integration of the livehelp addon has changed somewhat. Now instead of just a online/offline button, it has a click here for live chat button or something similar. Its one of those bottom right of the screen click for livechat type buttons. I was wondering how you can get the integration code for that so on the main portion of the site, there wont have to be a place for a button anymore.
  6. Bear, you are pretty close there. The only time I see customers with a different IP from another state is when they are using mobile broadband whether it be a tethered device or mobile broadband card.

  9. Hello, We have a few thousand customers and every once in a blue moon, some invoices are double billed with Paypal subscriptions. Has anyone else had the same issue? Just wondering if its a problem with our system or if its common.
  10. Greetings everyone, I have noticed an issue when searching for an a customer account and if a space is in the email search field, it will return no results. It seems like it should ignore it seeing as how if you type in a partial first name and last name, it will take you right to the profile.

  12. Easy fix right here, go to http://www.google.com/ads/engage and join that. Then one you get started to you can apply to become a Google Certified Partner.
  13. With the Twitter integration feature in WHMCS, you will need to input your Twitter username into the given area. Please go to the Setup tab in Whmcs and click on General Settings. Once in the general settings area, please click on the Social tab and simply type in your username where it is asked for. Save the changes and that is that. From there, you will need to be using the new Default theme which was release in Whmcs V5.0. If you paid for a WHMCS theme integration into your website, I am sure you can ask to have them place that module into your current setup. Also, after looking at your website, it looks like you will need to have the module added to your integration.
