  1. Hello You would need to open a support ticket for this patch to ensure you always have the up to date files The next release is due to be released within the next few weeks, an announcement will be made on the forums/blog when it is released. Cheers Liam
  2. Hello This is usually caused by the image file being invalid and corrupt so its unable to be read by the pdf creation process. Please try recreate the image file in a image editing software, if this does not help resolve the issue please open a ticket on our help desk for us to look into this further for you Cheers Liam
  3. Hello WHMCS integrates with a few expenses tracking software, such as kashflow: http://docs.whmcs.com/KashFlow_Accounting Cheers Liam

  5. Hi Unfortunately a 500 Internal Server Error error is just a generic message from your server. It could be that ioncube is incorrectly installed or there are some settings in a .htaccess file causing an error however this sounds more like a issue with the payment gateway module you are using. In order to find the exact cause of the error please refer to your server error logs. With this specific information we can then help troubleshoot the issue. Please also check to see if you have this issue when you attempt to capture a payment manually. Cheers Liam
  6. Hello This is not something we have seen or been reported to us before, I have also been unable to reproduce this myself. Could you please open a support ticket regarding this to be looked into? Cheers Liam
  7. Hello The issue here was due to a jquery ui plugin missing in the main release and code still trying to use it. We do have a fix for this if you contact our support team. However i can confirm this has been resolved for the next WHMCS release. Cheers Liam
  8. Hi Could you please provide your ticket number and we will check on this for you? Cheers Liam

  13. Hi, There is no match for your email address used on the forums on our system, so I'm unable to look at your account. But what I suspect happened is that you submitted a cancellation ticket and either we never got the confirmation, or you didn't cancel a PayPal subscription when advised. As you're probably aware, PayPal don't allow refunds more than 60 days after a transaction and so refunding all 4 months isn't possible as it seems one of our staff advised you, but if you genuinely did submit a cancellation request then we should certainly be able to refund 2 of them. Please get in touch again through your ticket so we can locate the account. Liam
