  2. I'm in the same boat. We've been with eNom forever but we're not high volume and the new pricing structure is ridiculous. $17 to renew an .org domain when clients can go directly to the eNom website and register it for less? Ummm... I don't think so. Hoping to make a decision this weekend and start getting clients moved.
  3. I was wondering if there is a way to customize WHMCS so that the customer can only view open tickets (not old, closed tickets). I have a lot of nonprofit customers who change webmasters frequently and I'd like the new webmasters not to be privy to all the older information and dialogues.   4. Hello, I would like to add a WordPress blog that only my logged in customers can see after they sign into WHMCS. For security purposes, I don't want the blog to share any WHMCS credentials. Is there a way to do this? I'm assuming adding some code to the top of the WordPress template and installing it under the main WHMCS directory. But am not sure how to go about that. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thank you, Michelle
  5. Ever since we upgraded to the latest version, text in the Announcements and KB areas are not honoring paragraph breaks. It looks all bunched up. I posted a ticket about this but haven't gotten any help. Has anyone else had this issue and can someone provide a solution? It's driving us and our customers nuts. Thank you, MB
  6. Not liking this new addition in v5 to the PDF invoices. I'm looking at the invoicepdf.tpl but am not quite sure what to remove to get rid of this. Can anyone help? Thank you in advance.

So apparently our cronjob hasn't been working reliably and some clients haven't been getting invoiced so I'm resorting to clicking the "Generate Due Invoices" daily and I have two questions I hope someone can clarify for me: After hiting the "Generate Due Invoices" I get something like: The result: Invoice Generation Complete 1 Invoices Created But there is no link to the newly created invoices. Where do I find the invoice that was created manually in WHMCS? Also, if I click on the "Generate Due Invoices" a second, third, etc. time, it generates the same invoice again, but with a new invoice number for every click. Is that supposed to happen? (Seems like it may be a bug.) Thank youy.
  8. This has been an ongoing issue for us. With each upgrade, I keep hoping that a solution will be offered to this. It is very confusing for customers not to mention a pain. There should be a way for customers to set up paypal subscriptions for the domains, not just the hosting.
  9. I was also wondering how to do this. I'm a small web host and I'd like it not to be so obvious how many customers I have. My monthly customers can see exactly how many invoices went out since their last invoice. It would be nice to have a random invoice option.

  11. When clicking on "Clients" and being showin "View/Search Clients", I'm seeing a few clients highlighted in yellow and two in red. What does this mean? Two are active and do not have any pending invoices. Couldn't find anything in the documentation so thought I'd post here. Can someone shed some light on this for me? Thank you.
  12. I'm hoping it will grow on me with time. I do like how you can move the boxes around. One thing I miss from the old design was being able to immediately see pending support tickets. From the new Admin dashboard, that's now located under the "Admin Area" and it does not stand out. I have to look carefully to see if we have pending tickets. It would be great if this could be highlighted somehow, like maybe instead of the brown background, make it red when there are pending tickets or list this to the left of the screen again like it used to be where we can immediately see it when logging in. Just a suggestion.
