  1. Hi david, did you ever get this resolved? we just signed up to bluesnap and are looking to integrate with them. did you get it working, with vaulting cards, and auto re-billing? thanks
  2. Does this plugin work with the new analytics.js ?? Has anyone tested it?
  3. We have 3 payment gateways: Credit Card - (Show on Order Form - enabled) PayPal - (Show on Order Form - disabled) Moneybookers - (Show on Order Form - disabled) Credit Card is set as the default payment gateway. This is also the only option actually displayed on our order form. We have some clients who insist on PayPal or Moneybookers so we have those configured as well, but they are not displayed as options on the order form as detailed above. When we specifically set the "Payment Method" on either the client's Profile and/or Product page to either PayPal or Moneybookers, and then login as the client. Neither option are displayed when the client tries to pay the invoice. Only Credit Card is displayed as an option. Is anyone else seeing this problem? Do you have a workaround? Perhaps some code you could share? I have contacted WHMCS support and they acknowledged the bug in August, and have still not fixed it. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
  4. Thanks for the input, thats really helpful. The only problem is that it seems that the fraud check does not take place on upgrades (it happens only on new orders). So even if you "Enabled" fraud checking for existing clients, it would not run the check for the upgrade. Only if those existing clients ordered a new product entirely would it be checked. Any other suggestions to accomplish my requirements?
  5. Hi there, @ the developer of this plugin. Seeing as you have experience with the process involved with the MaxMind fraud check, i was wondering if the following could somehow be achieved: I want to skip the fraud check on a specific product (free trial), but perform the fraud check when someone upgrades from this free trial to a paid product. Could you code something to do this? Or offer advice on how we could code it ourselves?
  6. Is it possible to run a fraud check on upgrade?
  7. I would like to find a way to make the fraud check only run for certain products. I know this is not possible out of the box. Does anyone have any suggestions on how this could be achieved? I have an experienced developer on hand, but we are stumped for idea's on how to do this because of the closed source nature of WHMCS. Could it be done by creating an Addon? Suggestions please? Our use case is this: we offer a free trial product (non hosting) that we don't want to run fraud check on. We only want to run fraud check when someone upgrades from this free trial product. Or if they sign straight up for a paid product without a free trial first.
  8. Great thanks for the clarification. Where exactly are the links set?
  9. Hi I'm interested in this plugin, but I just want to clarify it does exactly what I think it does. The current affiliate system gives the affiliate a URL to send traffic to which looks like this: https://app.mydomain.com/account/*?aff=027'>https://app.mydomain.com/account/*?aff=027 (our WHMCS is installed on https://app.mydomain.com/account/) Our system is then configured to forward the visitor to: http://www.mydomain.com/ (which is outside of our WHMCS installation)... Does this plugin allow me to specify other destination landing pages OUTSIDE of WHMCS? For example, https://app.mydomain.com/account/*?aff=027'>https://app.mydomain.com/account/*?aff=027 would forward to: http://www.mydomain.com/ http://www.mydomain.co.uk/ http://www.mydomain.com.au/ etc? Or does it only allow to you specify different landing pages within WHMCS?
  10. also, when installing this Unofficial Google Analytics addon, should we disable the one built into WHMCS before installing this one?
  11. Any suggestions to the above post anyone? Is this remotely possible?
  12. Hello, I was wondering if there is anyway to track upgrades in Google Analytics? We have a Free Trial account which 90% of our customers choose before signing up for our full product. However, in Google Analytics this ruins the e-commerce stats, as everything is showing as $0.00. I was wondering, is there anyway to track the conversion when someone upgrades? And for this conversion to be attributable back to the original traffic source (such as PPC)? Thanks!
  13. What are the advantages of this over the built in Google Analytics code that WHMCS V5 and higher has? My main problem is that my traffic is coming from http://WWW.mywebsite.co.UK and then into WHMCS on a different domain http://ACCOUNTS.mywebsite.COM. Tracking is not transferring well from the one site to the other... Will this plugin help with that? Then also, does this addon have better Analytics e-Commerce integration? I'm finding in the e-commerce stats that my sales all have the wrong values... I use multi-currency as well.
  14. Does anyone have any experience with what issuing banks (or BIN numbers) that do not support 3D Secure? We have a lot of legitimate American clients who can't submit payment, and we think they are getting blocked by 3D Secure. It seems 3D secure is not very common place in america, and we should probably be disabling it for those banks which do not support it. Is there a list of supporting banks? How does it work if a bank doesn't support 3D secure, but we are trying to enforce it with our MiGs module?
