I've changed servers and ran into a strange issue.
If I cut and paste an answer, even if it is partially typed and some part is pasted in the response field, it doesn't recognize it and sends the support response without text. Also, if a customer fills out a support ticket and cuts and pastes something, like the header info of an email, when they submit the form they get an error message saying the text field is blank. If you had type it then the ticket is submitted without problem.
Anyone have any idea what might be set up wrong on the server?
