  1. In this video tutorial I show you how to add your WHMCS product/service to your Zomex theme.
  2. In this video I show how to use custom CSS with your WHMCS theme.
  3. Got the same error again today. New client, uncaptured payment using Stripe.
  4. WHMCS have no interest in doing the right thing. They are denying that a $3k overpayment is unjust.
  5. I don't really check Bing so unsure. Thanks for that. I agree and have used the following in robots.txt: User-Agent: * Disallow: /clients/announcements/page/* I hope this will resolve the issue.
  6. WHMCS have just launched v8.9 which sees many new features. We have updated all of our WHMCS Themes & modules with full support and created guides on how to update your existing product. Learn More: https://www.zomex.com/clients/announcements.php?id=278
  7. That is a good call, sadly I already checked before my post. The sitemap contains valid Announcement URLs, not any Google are finding: https://www.zomex.com/sitemap.xml
  8. Hello Dario, Full friendly rewrite is going to be the best option for SEO. With that said it's best to focus on your custom pages as they will have many SEO advantages over the WHMCS structure.
  9. Update, I can see this URL is used for announcement pages. My site goes upto page 62, unsure where Google is finding the above numbered URLS.
  10. Hello, Had this report from Google: Duplicate without user-selected canonical These pages aren't indexed or served on Google See attached for the URLS in question. But these URLS are not valied. I cannot see anywhere on my site that is linking to these URLs including the /page/ in the URL. Does anyone have any ideas or have seen this before? Thanks.
  11. Returning yet again to bump this thread. Since John has censored the post title it doesn't quite have the same impact. My urge to create a youtube video exposing this issue and showing how to solve it is increasing day by day. But I am holding out hoping that WHMCS do the right thing.
  12. @SwiftModders I am so glad you brought this up. It's a massive issue that has got significantly worse in a short time. The reviews are so fraudulent its undeniable but WHMCS like always could not care less. This also ties in nicely to a issue I raised in the past. Some theme providers being able to bundle WHMCS licenses even though WHMCS state that licenses can only be provided with web hosting services: https://whmcs.community/topic/325073-how-is-this-still-allowedbeing-ignored/ ^ drastically making the theme market completely unfair for most and a monopoly for some they deem. Yet again WHMCS do not care. This seems to be a common thing sadly. Perhaps we need to post our own spam reviews to make it a level playing field. The funny thing is WHMCS are desperate for us developers to drop our websites and use the marketplace souly for listing our themes/modules. It was very difficult for me to convince WHMCS that my theme listings need a link to show the demo of the theme. They want everything to be under their control but have 0 interest in moderating fake reviews. ---- Like yourself I work so hard to gain legitimate reviews only to be dropped down the listings due to these spam reviews
  13. Hopefully you have got it sorted. With that said I have always used the recommended Standard WHMCS cart and had the same uncaptured payments.
  14. Day 30 waiting for WHMCS to do the right thing and refund the over payment. Ignoring my response won't fix the issue @john.
