  1. I have an account as Dot.tk and am interested in using the new Dot.TK module that was released yesterday with the WHMCS upgrade. However, I cannot find any information or documentation regarding the module. Has any else tried this? Is the domain registered for free and are the nameservers automatically setup?
  2. Do any of the current domain registrars that integrate with WHMCS offer free domain name extensions like .tk?
  3. I found this post in another thread: However, what about my users who are subscribed to pay via Paypal? When their subscription payment each month still notify WHMCS every month even if I have my IPN set to another website?
  4. I am wondering if it is okay for me to continue using my current Paypal IPN (which is setup for another website I run) and still have WHMCS function properly.
  5. I have run into an issue with my PayPal IPN. I am currently using my PayPal IPN for another website so I cannot use it for WHMCS. Any suggestions?
  6. Can someone tell me what I've done wrong? My payments are not being marked as complete...
  7. For some reason, when a user pays the invoice it is not showing up as being paid. What could be the cause of this?
  8. What should my PayPal IPN be set to? The wiki says it should be left blank. However, when I go to the PayPal payment gateway within WHMCS it says "(You need to enable IPN in your account and set the URL to http://www.syfonic.com/customer)"
  9. I have my hosting account setting edited to automatically create accounts as soon as the payment is received. However, is there a way to have orders "accepted" automatically instead of having to manually accept each of them? I want the order status to change from "Pending" to "Active" as soon as the payment is made. Right now just the payment status is changing from "Incomplete" to "Complete"...
  10. I have seen similar questions posted on the forum but have not gotten a definite answer on how to fix this issue. I just moved my WHMCS to a different and everything appears to be working properly except for the email piping. The same email piping settings that I had on my old server were copied over to the new one. However, now when a user sends an email to one of our departments they getting the following message: The ticket is not opening and the above error message is being emailed back to them. Any ideas on how to fix this issue? Thanks for your time!
  11. Change your PayPal settings in WHMCS to force subscriptions.

  13. That is exactly what I was looking for! Great!
  14. I am interested in setting up some type of server rotating feature. For example, I want to set my each of my servers to be able to have 100 accounts each. Once one server is full, WHMCS should start assigning new accounts to the next server. Is anything like this possible?
