  1. When replying to a ticket using aWHMCS, I am seeing that the app is sending the reply multiple times. It's not always the same amount, but usually 3-4 copies. Sending from the standard browser version of WHMCS does not result in this problem occurring. I have experienced the issue on two different devices (Xperia Z2 and Galaxy Tab 4).
  2. Hi Matt I am running the latest version of WHMCS(4.2.1) and iWHMCS(1.2.2) as well as the API updates that were released to fix the previous descending order issue. However, the issue I am highlighting is different to the previous issue and only appeared after the API updates were installed. I have even tried doing a complete fresh install of WHMCS but the bug still persists. I created a test ticket and have posted images of the ticket in both descending and ascending orders. You will see that when iWHMCS is set to descending the initial ticket submission is replaced by a double up of the first reply, however in ascending it displays as it should.
  3. This little bug has been happening for me for a while and even after the most recent iWHMCS update to version 1.2.2 and upgrade to iOS4 it still seems to be there. When selecting "Ascending" sort order for support tickets in iWHMCS, everything works fine with initial ticket submission at top followed by the replies. However when selecting "Descending", the initial ticket submission does not display, but instead you see a double up of the first ticket response. This behaviour only happens in iWHMCS as the full web application works fine for both ascending or descending.
  4. Ok, we're getting closer with 1.2.1 still a few problems. 1) profile - working 2) signatures - working 3) replies being cut off - mostly fixed - my tests have now narrowed this down to being an issue with having double quote speech marks in the predefine. I have a set of instructions as a predefine that contained a few "quotes" and it was the these quotes causing the problem. I tested this by changing some of the double "quotes" to single 'quotes' and...sure enough...the cut off point moved to the first double quote mark. after replacing all "quotes" with 'quotes' the predefine inserted and was sent correctly. 4) ticket ordering - mostly working, however the very first reply(doesn't matter whether it comes from admin or client) that is made is being duplicated and you can no longer view the initial ticket submission. This error is only visible in iWHMCS as the main WHMCS shows all messages correctly and it is only affecting the very first reply. All other replies are being displayed correctly.
  5. This is occurring for me as well. I have also noticed a few other bugs, some of which were said to be fixed, however are still there but now in a slightly different form. ticket order issue - the ordering now seems to be fixed, however as soon as the first reply is made iWHMCS shows a duplication of the first reply and the original ticket submission disappears. Subsequent replies display ok and in the correct order. predefines initially look like they are being inserted correctly, however when they are sent the reply is actually chopped off after a few lines so the complete message is not being sent signatures are still not being added automatically to replies I am running WHMCS 4.2.1(including api updates) with iWHMCS 1.2. Everything is working perfectly in the main WHMCS, these issue are only appearing in iWHMCS. I have tested the system by creating test ticket departments, administrators, etc and all experience the same issue. Notes: a) Server is running PHP 5.2.13 with IonCube 3.3.14, Apache 2.2.15, MySQL 5.0.90 b) iPhone is 3GS running OS 3.1.3
  6. Hi Matt Am running 4.2.1 and iWHMCS 1.2 but the bugs are still there, however some have changed their nature. Will post a new thread in the bugs forum. Cheers
  7. I've downloaded the recent update(1.2), however issues still exist as outlined below: 1) when inserting a predefine it is not inserting the whole message but only a couple of lines. The predefine is 15 lines long in WHMCS but I am only getting the last 2 when inserting this into my iWHMCS reply. 2) signatures are still not being inserted. I am not sure if I'm meant to adjust something first, but if I am I have no idea where the setting is. 3) the ticket order issue still seems to be present whereby, when you have the order set to descending, you get the initial submission at the top and then then the next reply is at the bottom, with the message directly under the initial submission always being the most recent. I am assuming that the setting is meant to display the order(ascending or descending) the same as when you make these changes for the main ticket system. I thought all of this may have been an update bug so I even tried completely removing the app from my iPhone and iTunes and then downloading it again...no luck though.
  8. Hey Daniel, I've had direct confirmation from Matt that the ticket order fix is in the upcoming release of the app which is due out in the next few weeks.
  9. Great to hear Matt, looking forward to the update...does it include the ability to include signatures in ticket replies by any chance?
  10. Hey hostell I am running version 4.1.2 and the main WHMCS ticket system works fine for me. I can switch between ascending and descending and it works exactly as it should. Maybe there is something else at your end causing the problem to exist in the main ticket interface. Now that the issue has been marked as fixed, I am eagerly just waiting on the update.
  11. When I set the ordering of tickets to "Ascending by date" I get the opening ticket submission at the top and then each reply in the correct order as you scroll down. However, when i select "Descending by date" I still get the opening ticket submission at the top and then the ordering jumps to the bottom and scrolls up the page. Regards Matt
