  1. Forget 2CO and look at Stripe, even if approved by 2CO you need to process payments through them constantly otherwise they will revert your account to a buyer only account, so you could not sell using 2CO.
  2. I would never trust them as why purchase a company from someone that did not update modules or offer support to their customers and lied in tickets and then go and make this person a director or your company. They try and get round customers by placing orders without their permission and generating invoices ( even though they say you get free access for 12 mths to all the modules), but after 12 mths to keep the modules you will have to pay them $480 USD all without placing an order in then first place. So anyone new will have to pay $480USD for a years use of modules, but they could like before do a runner and provide outdated modules and no support while they have your money.
  3. If you fail to submit accounts on time you get a £150 fine by CH, its either pay then £150 or pay £10+VAT to dissolve the company
  4. I agree. when i set up any ecommerce site the the very last thing i set up is the payment gateways as what is the point of setting up a payment system when you dont have a website to sell anything
  5. I linked stripe to my main business account, but you can have separate accounts within your main account. for all i have not ran my hosting business since May 2018 i still have my stripe account and have used it twice to filter payment through a couple of fundraising pages
  6. all i can see is rather being No Half Pixel Ltd they have been taken over by Gambit Nash Ltd and Lee made a director in 2018. Why would you give the n previous owner a directorship when he messed up then business in the first place by not updating modules and ignoring clients.
  7. When i was hosting i had issues with 2co. The setup account which was fine ( they set you with a buyer and seller account), but if you dont sell anything through then in a 3 mth period they close your seller account, so you can only use your account to buy through them , but not allowed to sell anything through them. when i challenged this and asked them why they think they can make their own customers force their clients to use 2co, which they denied this is what they were doing. so in then end i just left them for stripe
  8. Hi Guys For those who have modules by nohalfpixel/whmcsmoduleshop and found they failed to work and no support by the owner Lee Mason for the last year or more. Well it seems this has sprung back into action as i just got an email about and order i never placed I know 1 thing i will not be paying them anything as i had cancelled all my modules with them as they were not upto date and gave no support which i had paid for. Even though the invoice they sent me is as below, as i never ordered this then they have acted illegally under UK laws
  9. Free SSL like lets encrypt are basically trial SSL renewed every 90 days, but back to the lose leader domains as most people using Cloudflare use their free service they make no money, so if they continue making a lose then they will soon close down as even investors will want to see a return on their investments and if they dont they will just pull their investment
  10. price for now, as this is a new service offered by them, they will be giving these lose leader prices to gain a domain client base then they will go up as Regisrars have little say on wholesale pricing.
  11. These will be intro prices for their new services. if you think domain registrations are dead then you are in the wrong industry.
  12. common practice to ask for photo ID as a fraud prevention measure. The are dealing with you and not a company as the account holder on behalf of a company.
  13. once you login to your resellerclub account use this link https://manage.uk.resellerclub.com/servlet/RCPSetupGuideServlet
  14. if you looks at then they only run on 4 subnet ranges, so block all these subnets.
  15. you will find they use the same subnets, so blocking the CIDR will work
