  1. True. But surely Brent wouldn't allow such rumors to be perpetrated on the forum using the company name, unless they were true.
  2. Well, that is the corporate HG account on WHT, and you typically see Brent posting under it. So I would say thats about as close to confirmed you'll get until the deal closes.
  3. Regional Promotions and ServerUptime have been added to the google code site. I *think* that server uptime is broken in its current state. I never really sold many licenses to it and never pushed an update. Shouldn't be hard to fix.
  4. Adding modules will also accept hooks within a file called hooks.php in their directory. @OP: you can try to deactivate/reactivate the module.
  5. Out on bond pending the trial/plea I'd imagine.
  6. Just forgot to post it. I'll try and throw it up this weekend.
  7. Hello everyone, Unfortunately due to some personal circumstances, I've been forced to close down Franksworld Solutions. I will no longer be doing development, and all module sales will be halted. Since I believe there will be a number of folks who will still benefit from my modules, I have decided to public release them under the BSD Modified License. All of my public modules are available on Google Code: http://code.google.com/p/franksworld/ Please feel free to download/use/distribute them as you see fit, but please respect my license. I'll be semi-available for the next week or so to answer any questions, but please keep in mind I will no longer be providing support for these modules.

  9. Yes, the id would be the client ID or service ID. http://docs.whmcs.com/API:Send_Email
  10. You cannot send emails to email addresses with the sendemail api. you can only send emails to existing clients using their client ID. The ID expected in the values array is this client id.
  11. Nothing. Everyone is spreading rumors based on an email that was put on pastebin supposedly from Brent Oxley. While its entirely possible that the email is valid, I'm not jumping on the rumor train until I see some sort of verifiable information to back them up.
  12. Open up a ticket. As long as you have your license directly from WHMCS, you can get a developer license for free. It just cannot be publicly accessible (block with .htaccess).
  13. He's talking the eNom API connection, not the WHMCS license server. This really has nothing to do with WHMCS, and its certainly not specific to eNom. Any API that uses whitelisting works this way. You need to use your servers primary outgoing IP address. The server makes a connection to the API (typically with curl), and all outgoing connections will use the primary IP of the server, not the dedicated IP you have assigned. Again, this has nothing to do with WHMCS, so I'm not sure why you would really be "demanding" an answer here.
  14. Sure, feel free. The code has a modified BSD license, so you're welcome to use it in your own derived work so long as the license stays intact.
