We are exactly in the same boat, and I am very surprised that WHMCS doesn't have a tax structure that allows for multiple level1 taxes, and itemization of them on invoices/cart. This is a much needed, and much requested feature.

I know this is an ancient thread, but I also cannot seem to make my terminate/restart/suspend anything work. The logs on the HyperVM server do not show any web commands coming through when I mash the terminate/suspend/whatev buttons.
