  1. I submitted a ticket with WHMCS for this and got this reply: Hey Philip, I would recommend checking your ResellerClub account. This is a message coming directly from the ResellerClub API. You may need to accept the terms here. If you continue to have issues, I would recommend contacting ResellerClub directly and let us know. Thanks! Best Regards, Chance Benson Technical Analyst I WHMCS Well, i called support at Resellerclub and they told me that i need to contact WHMCS as they do not support the WHMCS module....now what???
  2. Hi I am having the same problem. I believe 2087 is a link to WHM and not cpanel. cpanel is 2082 i think. this must be coded wrong somewhere in whmcs.
  3. Hi, After setting up whmcs for the new Donuts TLD's i had a client order 3 new domains and one of them was a .marketing TLD. It seems that the client must agree to "Trademark Claims Conditions" for the .marketing order to go through to resellerclub, but there is not an area for the client to agree to this in WHMCS. This also makes me wonder if there are other new TLD's that will require this. Any ideas? thanks Phil
  4. Hi, Does anyone know of a good free banner slider that works with WHMCS? tia
  5. Just letting you know... I closed my NotePad and re- edited the bootstrap.css using PSpad and bam...it all works now. no idea why, but works now. Thanks for the help. My next post will be how to make the navbar menu multi-level
  6. Well, I uploaded a fresh copy of the default template then renamed it to mytemp1 went to general and made SURE i had mytemp1 selected as the template edited the .navbar-inner lines in the new bootstrap.css file uploaded it to the new mytemp1/css folder cleared browser cache and template_c folder Still nothing. Do you have a copy of bootstrap.css with the changes i can try?
  7. thanks for the reply Brian, when you say *all* do you mean just in the .navbar-inner or all instances of #333333 in the bootstrap.css ? because i replaced all the #333333 in the .navbar-inner with #ffffff and cleared browser cache and templates_c and no change then did a search/replace #333333/#ffffff in the entire bootstrao.css and still no change...this is making me crazy...time to listen to some old P-Floyd i think. thanks again
  8. Hi, this has nothing to due with my last post. how do i change the bg color of the top nav bar using default template 5.2.7 I tried looking in whmcs.css and bootstrap.css and cannot find it anywhere. I went to bootstrap.css line 3559(.navbar-inner) and changed all the numbers around and nothing changes. I attached a screenshot. Any one know?
  9. thanks Kian, any idea where the code for the dashed border is?
  10. Hi, i am using new version of WHMCS I'm using the portal template and cannot find how to edit the colors for the domain checkers and also change from the dashed border around where the tlds are in the domain checker. any help is welcomed
  11. Hi, I must be missing something. How do i add the "add Testimonail" button on the clients area? thanks
  12. Thanks John and yes, i got the license directly from WHMCS. What i am trying to find out how to set up is an automatic way of achiving this so if the main server goes down, the backup would take over without the need to manualy change things in the case that it happens during closed hours.
  13. It won't let me see the post
  14. Hi, Could anyone explain from start to finish how to do this? I would like to have a copy of my entire whmcs site and database on a seprate server that would take over if the main server goes down. It would have to update the database on the backup server whenever changes are made (new clients, orders...) So i guess my question is can this be done with only 1 whmcs license since it really would only be one site running at a time and how would the IP's have to be set up. And how would the database updating be handled. I am not a programer so a quick technical answer would most likely not be any help. thanks, Phil
  15. Hi Does anyone know a way to import existing opensrs "storefront" users into WHMCS? Not the opensrs API registered domains but ones registered through the opensrs storefront.
