I submitted a ticket with WHMCS for this and got this reply:

I would recommend checking your ResellerClub account.
This is a message coming directly from the ResellerClub API.
You may need to accept the terms here.
If you continue to have issues, I would recommend contacting ResellerClub directly and let us know.

Well, i called support at Resellerclub and they told me that i need to contact WHMCS as they do not support the WHMCS module....now what???
