  1. Thank you scurrell for taking your time, it was/is blank, I can swear I seen a setting someplace that asked it you want to bill at the same time but I think that was in an older version. I went through the settings a bunch of times but still don't see any setting, Matt any ideas on this pleeease
  2. There isn't an area "Advanced Settings" in Automation Settings > Billing Settings > Advanced Settings
  3. I am wondering what I may change to stop this from happening. A client signs up and purchases hosting and domain, paid for at the same time but once the renewal time is coming the system creates an invoice for the hosting then a week later creates an invoice for the domain. If purchases are done at the same time I need them to create invoices at the same renew time. This is getting a few upset because they now have to go and do two payments. I looked at the dates in the settings but am not sure if that is it.
  4. grrrr why are you getting this but every computer I try I don't? Thanks for the screen grab John I will be on a completely different network tomorrow and will have a look. One thing you can see in your screen grab are the tick boxes how they are center to the product description maybe in a later release they should be next to the product title, easier to follow the start, end description per product. Thanks again
  5. Not sure how it is working for you I have tried it in 3 browsers on 2 computers and nothing is aligned as well as when you select a product it doesn't update. You have to select a product first before ordering a domain, if you don't have the summary update why would a user go any further?
  6. Maybe I am just missing it but I don't see any free templates on that site nor the link in your signature, misleading don't you think.

  8. Yes John the issue is with the ajaxcart form. I can't leave the form the way it is and need to change it so users can use it when is a good time to be online at the same time so I can switch the form and even the template so you can see it?

  10. I also noticed on all the order forms that it shows the monthly price breakdown even though I have it set not to show this. It is shown at the title of the product, the drop down does not show
  11. I have updated to the latest 4.5 and noticed the Alax order form does not update the price when selecting a product. It shows the little spinning thing in the order summary box but then nothing is passed to the total. Also there seems to be a huge alignment issue, the tick boxes do not align with the product it is suppose to correspond with. It seems like there is a CSS issue along with whatever is suppose to pass the information to the order summary box I checked this on both default and portal templates, then I checked it on my custom template all the same Checked in FF and Chrome
  12. There have been a bunch of upgrades so do I have to go through each one or is there a list of template changes from my present version to the most recent version? I see the template changes in 4.5.2 but am wondering if I do only those will I be missing something that was done in previous versions?

Version 4.1.2 - update available I know Disable MD5 Clients Password - not ticked If I go into the admin and resend the "Client Area Details Reminder" it appears to send OK but if the users uses the reset password from pwreset.php then ****** is received. I understand the passwords are encrypted for security and I do want it set like that, but it sure isn't going to work out well if no one can reset a password.
  14. The page they are sent to is pwreset.php when they enter their email the user name is sent but the password is ********
  15. When a client goes to WHMCS and requests their password because they have forgotten it the email that is sent the password is ******** is there a setting someplace to make it so they can retrieve their forgotten passwords?
